u gotta pull them stem out of the bottom of the triple and stick the 03 04 one in there. ur gonna need a press though. friend of mine has it done

i think you can just slide the forks in the 636 triple trees and your done

the lower triple is a different size the only way to do it is to press out the stem and use the 10 on the 636.. and the 10 forks are bout an inch shorter too
