gixxer not running right
my gixxer just got outta the shop the other day.. had a bad trade
and finally got it started and well first off the oil is old and it has way to much in it but the weird thing is we were letting it run and reved it but it wont go to redline. it goes to about 8 or 9k when redline is 12. anyideas? its got new cams in it if that matters
