it can be done. the 636 works, upper cylinder mounts have to be welded, 05+ swingarm bolts in like it was made to. to use any 03+ forks press out the stem and press in the 98-02 stem. just thought i let you know since i was told it cant be done. prices are pretty good on these parts used form ebay and junkyards. so its not a dent in the pocket book to have a minty stunt piece. just my

oh and the 03-04 tail swap is much more simple, the bottom mounts line up, you have to cut the upper and weld in a short extension with an aluminum slug

are either of those your bikes? i like the one on the top. the tail on the bottom one doesnt look very good tho.

you can make any thing work but thats not a bolt in... and that frame is gonna bend or crack if that bike gets stunted because the motor is most of the support for the frame and that front motor mount is so far back that the front of the frame isn't supported well enough..

it's cool and props to who ever built it but it needs some tweaking to make it it a good stunt bike..
