Bike Overheated, need some help ('99 F4)

also check your wires from your stator (left side cover on the engine) TO the battery...there's a plug in the middle that I've seen get burned up on 2 bikes....and could give the same symptoms...(cause its not charging properly ) it's free to check that...good luck

Thanks again fro all your help, I did check that wire and it is good, but now the bike is runnin great, thanks again everyone!
