Brake Pads!!!

This might be a stupid question but I just changed my front and back pads and it seems that they lost strength or something......all I did was took the cals off the rotors and spread the pads and took them off....put everything back the way I got them off but now I'm thinking do you have to ride a lil so that can grab and like wear off a coat or something on the pads........... you guys are probably thinkin what the fu&(

I put HH on the back and ceramic on the front........the front I think was from parts unlim. and the back was ebc

different pads dont matter that much...they still all have to break in as said earlier

My experience is that EBC's are garbage (especially for the rear brake) ...when they fail, they crumble to nothing and ruin your rotors.

Stock OEM pads are the best! I have over 2 years on my stock fronts with HEAVY endo action and they are still only worn half way

and I have only changed the rear once (just last week)

ebc is garbage X 2
never buy EBC anything! i have used their clutch kits, and their brake pads, as well as their rotors. all crap!
go with ferodo brake pads! or OEM

they do have different brake pads......, kinda like a tire - A tire is a tire and its going to grip in any condition but some are made for certian applications.....and just like brakes, you have to wear a tire in
