F4i Fuel Pump Not Priming

I tried to do a search but the search function on the site is not working for me. My buddy's 06 F4i isn't working properly. When the key is turned on the fuel pump does not prime. We bypassed the tip-over switch, so that is not the issue. All of the fuses are good and tried switching around the two relays on the right side of the subframe around and that didn't work either. I put a test light to the fuel pump to see if it is getting power, it is but just barely enough to light up my test light. Is this because the ecu only puts out so much power? We tried jumping the fuel pump but were also unsuccessful. So, I know the fuel pump is getting some power. Any other ideas?

Ok....
The bike was parked in the garage overnight, no problems when he was riding it before. He was doing wheelies and stoppies that day. The front fairing is removed and I bypassed the tip-over (red and green wires together) I put a powercommander on the bike too, we have unplugged it for now though.

Would the kickstand safety switch prohibit the fuel pump from priming? I didn't think it would, that's why I didn't try it. I don't have the bike with me now so I'll have to try that tomorrow.

if the clutch isn't bypass'd and the bikes in gear, it would.

you can try to bypass the relay and see if thats helps. when your looking at the relay plug, put the part that holds the clip in towards your body. then jump the lower right to the upper left, and tape it up. your pump should prime up the, but it wont shut off. thats how im runnin right now, dont know why yet though.

ya, you gotta watch that though, if the fuel pump burns up or that cheap 2$ relay gives out the rear wheel will lock solid when it loses fuel pressure and toss you hard.
