Depending on which one you get they improve the efficiency of the bike. There is the PCIII and the PCIIIr. The PCIII controls just the fuel delivery, but the PCIIIr controls both fuel delivery and spark and will adjust this throughout the entire rev range. A power commander dials in your bike and makes it MUCH more efficient, not to mention you can tune your bike for specific aftermarket parts. On my first F4i I had a 2 brothers slip on with a K&N air filter... I hooked up my PC to my computer and tuned it. That bike ran ****!!! Horsepower... maybe it gives you a few extra ponies, but mostly it makes your bike run 100% more efficient than stock conditions.

Pay the extra money and get the PCIIIr. Being able to control both fuel delivery and spark is key!
