I'm not sure about the diameter size ? I'm gunna replace new fork seal and add 5-20 forks fluid.

just buy the ones for it....you're only gonna give yourself more problems.
also, when you change them out, do both forks. the other will start to go soon and the forks will perform noticably different with the old and new oils in them.

not tube size, they are 43mm internal diameter on fork seals. the inner tube is what you measure for fork seals, not the outside of the outer tubes.

pop the top on your forks every once in a while air builds up inside makes them blow sooner . just did one of my seals popped the cap on the other one sounded like i was lettin air out of the tire

air buildup does add to the rebound and compression of a fork, but being inside the fork it will actually help a fork seal seal better. they are designed so pressure will force the inner part of the sealing surface against the tube harder.
they will, however, leak sooner when pressure is built up IF you have knicks and wear on a seal. that is what allows the pressure to "blow" a seal. if they are in good condition with no knicks from dirt and particles rubbing on them and wearing them down then the pressure will actually create a seal.
