Cali model help...

So after destroying the wiring harness on my 01 F4i I had to replace it with a Cali harness. Now my fuel pump is not turning on. I have tested the pump, connector, and wires goin to the pump and they are all good. Clutch switch, neutral switch, kill switch and ignition switch all tested good as well. Tip over sensor was jumped months ago and it's been running like a champ.

My question to the Cali guys is:
What did you do with your O2 sensor? Can I jump the connector to complete the circuit? I have heard you can snip 1 wire going into the ECU and it will run fine... I'm obviously not going to put an O2 sensor in my bike...

Anybody ????

Re: Cali model help...

Could it be that I have a CA harness plugged into a regular ECU? Do the Cali bikes have a different brain box?

Re: Cali model help...

Yea I use a cali ECU with a 49 states harness and have no problem, so I doubt it's a problem with the ECU..

It was the front harness that houses the tip-over sensor. Thanks though.:YEAH

Re: Cali model help...

Just unplug the o2 sensor, thats how I run mine, runs fine. If it bothers you, you can buy a little plug in thing that plugs into where there the o2 used to. Its just a little tiny box thing that racers use to get rid of the o2 sensor. Its only like 20 bucks. But like I said, my bike runs **** and all I did was unplug it.
