GSXR oil pick up's and stoppies
i've got a gsxr 600 2001 with a oil pick up in. but when i'm goin for stoppies the oil light comes on cuz the pick ups the wrong way around, but has anyone had a problem with the engine cuz of the oil not gettin around the bike on long stoppies??
I get a ticking noise after long stoopies for a few seconds and i think its the bottom end thats goin cuz of this

it says in the instructions to fill the oil to the top of the sight glass or you'll get the oil light.
shouldn't do any damage as long as you're not doing rev-limiter stoppies.

i never ran an oil pickup, never had any problems. rpms low = no blowing motors
do like others said, turn idle down for stoppies and over fill to the top of the glass, should be fine
