Yep sit over the windscreen and do a stoppie. In other words do it naturally, this way it will dent to your shape not one of a hammer or something.

weights
This worked on my 929 and friends F3 (note: we both have small asses).......Take a 25lbs from a local gym or friends house. Wrap a towel around the 25lbs weight and place on top of tank. Pound the hell out of it with you foot. Made a perfect dent in the tank..albeit a few small creases it doesn't look half bad. More importantly it keeps yo *** in place.
You might wanna try a 35lbs weight if your *** is larger...

We usually just kick ours in and then clean it up with a body hammer, then finish with Some fiberglass to make it clean.

on my 929rr i've notcied there isn't much clearance between the gas cap and the bottom of the tank right there. Does anyone have any problems with that when they dent the tank in? i don't want to mash it down and not be able to fill my tank with gas.
