F3 wont start

So I go out to the garage last night and my bike wont start. The lights and everything turn on, but it wont crank and i dont even hear the starter spin. The only thing happening is this little junction box behind the battery where the main fuse is and all the power plugs into is clicking. Does anyone kow what this means . do i need a new box or a new starter???

Re: F3 wont start

Make sure the switch housing is completely pluged into the wiring harness sometimes it pulls out.

Re: F3 wont start

clicking means the relays are going on and off rapidly due to weak voltage

this is a sign of a flat battery - probably due to fawked rectifier/regulator

get a voltmeter and check the battery voltage with the bike off
if it's less than 12V, charge the battery up overnight and try again

once it starts check the voltage with the engine running

if it's higher than 15V switch the bike off immediately or you'll kill the battery
if it's not around 14V your rec reg is fawked
