Engine ice?

Dont tell me to use the search cause I just did and it SUCKS!

Anyways does this stuff really work any better then water wetter and water? I want too try it and when I asked on a local fourm who has it in stock, eveyones saying that nothing is better then just water and an additive for the seals and oxidation....I'll order it even if it only lowers the temp a few points, but if its the same as water forget it.....
