true but I thought thats why powers made there mounting point higher to prevent roll over...but my ? now is will it cause long term damage to the frame or something being that its in the position that its in... especially that its probably going to take a beating. My concern is strength w/o comprimising the style and look.

it supposed to not put pressure on the motor mount directly... bolts to it though a flat steel plate.....problem I've seen is where the cage mounts to that flat peice of steel.....bends the frame in....not good!

true but stil havent seen a good pic on what it looks like to do any kind of implication on what might happen down the road to the frame or the cage.

imagine a 905 or MXD cage....turned up at an angle....and where normally you would have the cage bolting directly to the motor mount....instead a 3" long peice of flat steel is welded to the cage about an inch above the motor mount and a bolt holds the flat peice onto the motor mount......you may need a good imagination

the 600rr frame design has a large ear of the frame that leads to the motor mount........the motor mount is real thick metal, but the ear is made to be strong overall, but not too thick where the cage would mount.

on the F4i's I've seen them on, where the cage is welded to the flat metal plate the pressure from the cage on the plate bends the plate and pushes and indention into the frame!

personally I think you are better with sick innovations, then fresstyle ingenuity, then MXD, then powers, then 905

it sits low, but so does their gixxer and F4i cages and I've seen them get BASHED HARD and nothing broke, bent, or anything

he'll even tell you that due to the low motor mounts its hard to stop roll over, but the pegs don't touch and all other cages are gonna roll anyways

I haven't seen the cage bend much at all..........seems super strong and really durable, out of the cage companies....thats what I would go with!
