Tool needed to remove the F4i swingarm!!!Help a young jedi out:)
HEy, I need to remove my swingarm (to get some spools welded & powercoated while at it) and was wondering if any of you know about that little special tool wrench to do the job. a part # will be nice and where I could get one for CHEAP. Also I have just bought a honda service manual 2001-2004 from ebay ($18 shipping included, the PDF format made my eyes BLEED) and I'm gonna be doing alot of work on the bike,do you know which is the best and most complete toolkit for the 03 f4i to have when working on the bike (fix the chain, sprockets, do mods....) also any of you know of a comfortable seat cheaper but as well made as a corbin.
and if any of you use brake and clutch short levers like CRG and if yes which brand would you suggest. One last question (I promise)
Anyboby knows what you would gain from an F4i to 600RR swingarm conversion??? and radial brake cylinder and radial caliper!!! Thanks a lot dudes

what bolt is it, the big allen or the spacer tensioner bolt thingy? any metric tool kit w/metric allens, will help you with your basic maintance.

U mean the little spanner nut (keeper)? either use a angle grinder and cut the wedges out of a socket of the same diameter. Or use a flathead screwdriver and a hammer if your not worried about puttin a few dings in it. also for the bigg allens I used to use the back of the spark plug socket. just take the rubber out and stick the extension in backwards.
wait what kinda tools you have now?

if it's similar like 954 has, you don't need special tool. You need suitable size hex bar(8 sided tube) and plug it it. then get tool that fits that and open it.
