not so mach hard crashes...had one decent one special K to kill switch combo where she barrel rolled a couple times with a 905 cage, but other then that just your normal drops. I now run a new style FI cage. ive pancaked a few HC O's as well on the 905.

the cast parts of the frame can be weakened from polishing. this is because cast is always thickest from the surface. If you polish it, you remove the thickest part.
Actually polishing makes some parts more stronger. but they are not cast parts. more like machined parts where the machininh grooves can start the crack, but when it's polished there is no more grooves where the crack can start. so it's stronger.

Re: 636 Frame Cracking
I think Armenian got one from the dealer, and I don't think it was much. I remember working at a bike shop years ago and having to get a HD frame. Had to cut the neck off and send it to them, and it was like $1500 for the frame...took forever to get it in, I do remember that.

you ever have a "sneeze-fart"?????? I hear those will absolutely DESTROY gixxer subframes if you sneeze-fart while doing a sitdown, and have been known to blast the fronts off of kawasuki frames if you sneeze-fart doing tank tricks!
