Suspension - Bleeding Air Pressure from Forks

I just had a 96 CBR600 shipped down to Dallas and I need to bleed the air pressure out of the forks. I am having a huge problem with the front end resisting turning (understeer), and I have already punched up the Rebound Dampening using the set screws. This was an improvement.

However, I don't know how to bleed the air pressure, and can't get a straight answer on how to do this?
