wtf is it..

Re: wtf is it..
body ground could be fine but could still be interupted to the box, do you have a multimeter? Test the two green wires going into the cdi box. ONe of these has a direct relation to the ignition spark.
Do you have 12v to the coils when the key and ig switch are turned on?
Also try switching the leads on the pickup..... sounds funny but I have seen a guy switch the leads on the pickup for a 600rr and it wouldnt spark either.
btw the piston return springs are next to the flux capacitor.....

(some suzukis and hondas have a sensor wire in the charging circuit that will affect spark)

Re: wtf is it..
check the exciter coil it sends a pulse to the cdi telling it when to send to the coils, i think its a black wire with a red stripe, unplug that wire and test it to ground with an ohm meter set on 200 ohms it should read arount 130-150 ohms resisance, that will tell you if it is getting a good connection, if thats good, put the meter in amps, 10 amp scale, put the red lead on the wire and the black lead where the wire is suposed to go, crank it over and see if it pulses, if that doesnt work, put full insureance on it and burn that thing
