i tryed doing the ecm self dionostics and it wouldnt throw any codes,i tryed jumping it at the service connector all that and the the fi light just stays always on..

i took the stator off and all the wires and insides looked fine..is there any way to check if the cam sensor is ****ed up? i tryed using the ecms self diagnositcs but it never would work...

Mine wasent priming but it was because the diode in the ignition was ****ed. After replacing that it worked but I tested everything like you have. Does the bike turn over if you try?

Also, how do you do the ecm diagnostic?

instead of checking them all, make sure your neutral light comes on, if it doesnt ground the terminal and that takes the sidestand switch/clutch/neutral switch out of the equation

under the seat, jump that loose 2 prong harness turn the ignition to on and the kill switch to on wha laa

got the same damn code, and the same damn problem.

Mine will crank, no fuel prime, tip over's good, fuel pump's good, got new ignition base, all fuses good.

throwing code 19, and VERY low spark.

im not sure if this is right but on the right hand side of your motor theres a little round cap it screws in you can open, inside there i believe is youre ignition pulse generator. open it there should be a little star looking thing my friends came loose and his shiat wouldnt start. like i said dont know if im right but look in there see if its still tight.

I got the same problem! Fuel pump wont kick on. everthing is wired off, fuses good, fuel pump is good, let me know what happens with cam pos sensor

yes but not the fuel pump.have u checked the relays? if u have a friend with an f4i then swap the ecm and try it.
