Re: Gsxr Help Page-

So, with all of the scams going on and no guarantee of actually getting a stuntex oil pickup if ordered. Why wouldn't this work... I am going to do this tomorrow since I happen to have a spare pickup. Since the whole point of this pickup is to get oil out of the back of the pan, why can't the stock pickup just be cut?????
Name: PICKUP2.jpg

I am going to try this tomorrow and post back with what happens.

Re: Gsxr Help Page-

The dash meaning your gauge cluster??? I run mine with out one it's fine. That should have nothing to do with the fuel pump, it probably came unplugged some how.

+1 However, if you have your gauges, you may want to hook them up to see if you are getting an "FI" failure. Which could be why your fuel pump isn't coming on...

Re: Gsxr Help Page-

yea... shouldn't be the gauges man.

is it something stupid like you are in gear, or the clutch switch is still hooked up... maybe your tilt sensor(bank angle sensor)? You should hear that fuel pump makin noise whenever you just turn the key on....

Have you done any work on it recently?? probably forgot to hook something back up or accidentally made something else come loose... you can always check your fuel pump pretty easily too.

thanks!

and ived modified the tip over sensor, so thats not the problem,
but in a treat in this topic you guys are talking about codes.. C..
how can i read the codes? ived located the 4 pins, and 2 are connected.. when i remove the thing (don't now how to say it in english) the 2 pins disconect, the gauges shows me CHEC and the red light burns constant, when i plug the THING in, the FI comes up again and the red light flashes

but... maybe... it is the contact lock, ive replaced it, becouse the old one was broken after the crash, ived modifieded the lock so its works with my original key(s), but ived replaced it fore a gsxr600 02, same pins, and it fits perfect, maybe different wires? i hope so....

There is a white plug under your seat with only two wires going to it. Short those to wires (connect them together) and the C_ code will appear where you are seeing "CHEC"

Re: Gsxr Help Page-

It should be on the right side under the seat almost under the rear seat... It should also have a black cap on it.
