what can ya do to not get those wicked hand cramps where your hand ***** up in a fist and you cant open it??? both ****in hands did that **** while riding yesterday and i almost died

carpal tunnel syndrome, don't surf on the net that much, mouse usage does that lay off the **** sites.

sometimes happens to my wrist, if i roll them when i stretch my arms and stuff they just start pulling real hard and my forearm has a big lump in it. sorta hurts, my thumbs do it also. i dont know but i guess i need some bananas too.
