636 subframe

alright then i kno this has been covered before but i cant find nothin on search.
wut did yall do to reinforce ur 636 subframes. im thinkin of puttin support bars from the sub to rearsets?

let me kno!

PM "NME"--> he makes chromoly ties I got a set for my 929 and they are the best--He's working on a set for the 636 right now too....

whats up guy. Just curious is your subframe cracking? if so where?

I have been riding a 636 since last spring and run a bar. I've been scraping it hard for this whole time and I never broke it. The bolts get loose sometimes but a lil locktight red solves that.

I have also heard of the frames cracking too.

this is a good post cuz mad people are stunting this bike and need to know how to prevent cracks. Anyone cracking theirs post up.

Yeah the welds on the front motor mount cracked on mine and i didn't get it welded up in time and they split up the frame on both sides

no cracks, the subframe isnt loose...and im still on my origional radiator since 2003

and still on the same flywheel and stator? and front wheel? what about the same rear sets or stock fairing stay? whoa i was just tryin to joke and theres alot of crap on these 636's

same EVERYTHING. cept a set of chrome rims, which is on there now, and a rearset.

The rearsets are junk.No problem with the subframe or frame.I think my throttle positioning sensor is going bad though
