If i run 1 extra qt of oil in engine, is that the same as having stuntex's oil pickup. i've been doing stand ups for about two weeks now with extra qt and no problems yet. And yes my wheelies are at BP :YEAH

I'd say it's not the same because I was doing the same thing before I put in the oil pickup and it totally changed the way my engine was running, but that's just my opinion.

You Get Constant Oil Pressure During Wheelies With The Pickup Installed.it Will Make Your Bike Run Alot Smoother On One Wheel Too.i've Seen Too Many Gixxer Motors Go Without The Pickup Installed.be Safe And Get It.its Not To Expensive For The Pickup, A Motor Is.

On the 1000 just run it to the top of the sight glass and you'll be fine. I had over 15,000miles of stunting since new on mine and never had a problem until ran it low because I forgot to fill it back up when I changed a damaged filter.

i got 50,000 km stunted on my f4, when the engine finally let loose.. But that was because i did an oil change once a year, if i remembered and when it did let go it was 1 litre low on oil.. So fu(k it,, if it says honda on the side dont even worry..

gixxers are more likely to have problems than other bikes when overfilled with oil... so no

Def don't do that. Get the pick up. And when you do - do not put extra oil in it with the pick up. Had a buddy blow a motor because of running extra oil w/ the pick up on his gixxer.

Like I said, 01-02 1000, don't worry about it. If it was a 600 or 750 then I'd say get the pickup. Also, 03 and up 1000's are bad about letting go too.

so if u have a pick up and overfill will this build up too much oil pressure being the reason it lets go?
