F4I Im Denting My Tank
whats up peoples. i really dont see why its so hard to dent these things im havin a good ol time. its commin out mint all i need is some more bondo on that ****. its not done yet ill post picks when its done and sanded. i think im gonna paint it glossy black which is what my side fairings i just did are i spray painted em and i spray painted my rearsets flat black.. it came out nice for spray paint. well heres the pics more to come i really want to keep the tank stock silver but give me you guys 2cents..

not bad. What did you use to dent it in? I used a rubber mallet to start it then a phone book between the tank and mallet it eliminated all the creasing so you have less if any filler work.

believe it or not i used a hammer but i put carpet from a sound system that thick *** carpet i wrapped it around the hammer and just tapped a few times around the gas cap than i stood up on my bike and kicked the gas cap and i did it till it was nice than i had a few small creases or ridges whatever and i hit those a lil bit and now im fillin her wit bondo... its commin out nice just alot of sanding and **** i think im gonna spray it black just so i can get an idea of what it will look like painted but most likely ill bring it to a macco or something to get a honda silver on it..
- from someone that just did it - dent the back down a little more

haha nice nice i like my **** lookin mint i dont kno im gay i guess i just ordered a nice freestyle ingenuity bar too so i got some nice **** goin down im doin my last bit of sanding now and ill paint her tonite and ill post some pics... the **** looks sweet tho
