changing fork seals

I need to replace my worn out fork seals and wondering where to
jackup my front end to remove everything. Also, any helpfull tips on replacing them would help. It is a 04 F4I (ruined them learning how to wheelie)

They are pretty easy to do. If you have a 12 bar set it on that and hold it up to the rafters in the garage to keep it from falling over. If not, you can do the same thing running the strap through the frame. Just make sure the bike is in gear.

Good idea, but make sure you don't get oil in the airbox.
