Re: Who's Rocking The 600rr

ooooooooooooooohhhh, why didn't you just say so in plain englich and complete sentences...ahhaahahhaahahahaha

I worked out a deal with Bill@ FullThrottleInc.net, and agreed to not tell everyone the price. Mine was the first like it since it has the GPR damper under the bars. Its alot of rise and me and him are still working out details with the risers(might lower almost 1/2") and ingition(recessed so you can't hit key with anything) mount and stuff like that......definately 100% custom and workmanship and customer service is top notch to say the least. There are other post with pics in here...or I can put picson here of it when I get home...unmounted pic he sent me after production and a mounted pic that I haven't put on here before.

Re: Who's Rocking The 600rr

i'd love to see more pics of it. i want to go with a rotary damper, but figured i'd have to use the shock type because i had DB bars mounted. Let me know if they start selling those to the public, i'd like to pick one up.

Re: Who's Rocking The 600rr

hey for y'all that got 12 bars, how much room do you have between the bar and the exhaust? hey eazy nuts what exhaust you got? and is that bar custom, looks like it sticks out a decent length.

I got a Jardine Race pipe that painted when I had too much time on my hands after blowing a motor. If you have a stock pipe keep it on....quieter for lots and better if you decide to run from the cops!!!

My 12 bar was homemade but really isn't that far back.....just looks that way after cutting the tail plastic back to the seat because I thought I would try foot in bar, but didn't like it. Unless you want to rock foot in bar keep the tail plastic full length.....like these pics....they also show how far back the bar is. Exhaust tip sits about 1/2 inch from the ground when on the bar, and the tip of the tail plasticsat about 1/4-1/2" from the 12 bar.

We built the bar by bolting the sides on first, the standing the bike up onto the would-be scrape plate, then cutting the sides down until the bike stood at 12, evened them up to where you could walk away from the bike and it stood on its own really well. Then the back bar was tacked to the sides, set the bike down and the scrape bar was completely welded to the sides. Add a little Rustoleum black paint to keep it from rusting and you're done.
