so how'd that happen? i thought hondas could take some pretty good abuse.
my stuff is definitely getting slower, i'm pretty much stock gearing though (-1 +3) so it's like a r6 gearing now, just makes it a little easier to bring up. but i'm slow to the point where i actually stall out now, that's never happened to me before. better throw a cage on and take those pretty plastics off before it's too late.

Got the 905 on a long time ago!!!! My upper was distroyed a long time ago....now its acerbis headlight and all that.

It is a strong motor but I had ALOT of miles on the motor....especially when I was geared -1/+21 and rockin 4th gear screaming spreaders down the highway!!!! I definately abused the **** out of that motor....speedo showed 29,000+ miles before the 21 up went on, it took 2 really nice rev limiter chainsaws to actually blow it, but was on its way before then.

See Avator!!! 905 cage, fullthrottleinc trple, DB bars, GPR, dumpster tires ......took the stickers off so I lost a few HP tho

I've gotten used to it...........plus I wrapped and ziptied pipe insulation onto where my chins could hit the cage.

I like 905, powers, and mxd cages best.....the F.I. cage has the slider but the motor mount is so low it immediately slams onto the clip-ons/bars a lot faster and horder, plus it puts more of the abuse on the motor mounts.

I have the 905 on my 600rr. it held up well at first, but then eventually pancaked into my fairings.. I have FI on my F4I and it's my favorite cage yet out of the 3 major cage brands.

the F.I. cage on the F4i works perfect.....I jsut don't like how low the F.I. mounts on the RR.....would proly recommend the powers on the RR or the MXD, but my 905 has held up so far, its just the permanent bruise on my shins that sucks

I've covered mine with pipe insulation to kill the edge when rolling endoes, but have accepted my leg deformity now

Re: Who's Rocking The 600rr

i cut the cage where it swings toward the frame and used a 90 degree bent steel tubing and welded it in place of it. works mint, you can actually ride the bike without the pain and sufferring from a bulky @ss cage in the way. ill post some pics soon. i would definatly recommend doing it if you have the 905 cage.
