I bought a new headlight off ebay for my gsxr and it only has 2 prong bulbs in it, where my bike is set up for 3 so my low beam is like an off switch and only my high beams work. But my 3 prong bulbs outta the busted headlight dont fit into the new headlight. Is there any kind of 2 - 3 adapter?

its the same shape the 01-03 style. fits fine. It was advertised as fitting all 00-03

03-04 gsxr 1's are totally different... 01-02 have the diamond headlight 03-04 have like a tear drop one, which one do u have?

I know what you are talking about...I have one that has the 2 prong bulbs. You can cut the metal base of an h4 to fit the headlight you have. I have see "adapters", but I dont know where you would get them. Why do you care? High beam and off switch is a benefit in my opinion. I rock high all the time and turn the light off at the spot.

yeah its not a big deal i was just wondering. I turn it off at night for highway wheelies so no cops will see me coming. Now i just gotta rig my tail lights to shut down on that same switch. that would be

750 and 600 headlights are different from 1000 headlights. I have one in my 1000, its good for when you ride wheelies at night time just turn the switch to low beam cause it turns the light off and you don't have to worry about a light beam straight up in the air, when you sit it back down just flip the high beam back on
