F2/f3/f4/f4i

Can anyone tell me what parts are interchangeable on these bikes? I cant do a search for f2 or f3, and i need some help. I am buying an F3 that needs some love, but i am curious what the difference is between these bikes.
Any help would be appreciated.

Dave

Re: F2/f3/f4/f4i

My biggest concerns are forks, frame/subframe, and plastics.

Thanks

Re: F2/f3/f4/f4i

F2 and F3 are almost the same. Frames are close enough to be swappable, subframes are welded on. Back wheels are compatible, the f3 rim is a half inch wider than the f2. Sprockets are the same if they have the same pitch. The front ends are differnet but the fork tubes are the same width so the triple clamps are swappable. The plastics are a little different, but they'll work if you make them.

F4 and F4i dont have anything compatible with F3. Possibly the front wheel, but that hasnt been confirmed yet.

Re: F2/f3/f4/f4i

They all have to be modded except some of the F4 & F4i plastics to fit. cbrworld.net is all about CBR's and someone has pretty muched modded all of them one way or another. One guy got a complete set of Duc 748 plastics and is modding them to his F2.
