foot placement

i have my rear brake lever set up for sit down wheelies, but when i try my stand ups my foot doesnt come close to the lever. is it because im not high enough in the wheelie or my leg isnt straight enough? when i say not close, i have to bend my foot alot to touch the brake.

Re: foot placement

You must be leaning back like a MOTHER FVCKER! try standing as straight up as possible and try making your wind screen touch ur chest, that should help out alot

Re: foot placement

i had the same problem on my F3, so i took it to a buddy, and had it raised up aboun an inch....my breaklever is stell though, so we just welded in a riser, and put it back together...raised it up to where i can reach it now......maybe mine was bent to begin with, but it didn't look like it was

raise it a little to work with standups and sitdowns. I had the same problem when I was learning, but after a while it wont matter where the brake lever is. Just keep praciticing it will get easier.
