installing a rear hugger

ok kinda stupid question, i got this hugger off a guy for free but he didnt have anything with it. is there some special adhesive that i need to get?
basically what should i use to put it on?
something that wouldnt hurt the swingarm and that i could take off later if i wanted.. any help is appreciated thanks guys

pop rivets or you can silicon it on also

double stick tape-do it when its hot and let sit for a day before use-Mike

silicon and double side tape sound good. anything special about either that i should know (a brand that is good or whatever). thanks a lot guys

3m double stick tape-thats what they use on most applications (that dont bolt on stock that is). clean the area very well, put the hugger on, and let it sit for 24hours (in the sun-bake that ***** on)
