StreetFighter Radiator Support/Fan not working

What do you guys do to support the radiator? Mana has some straps that are bolted to the frame whatelse could I use thats strong? Also since the mounts broke my fan hasn't been coming on I assume cause it pulled on the wires some. I checked the fuse and it was blown and I replaced yet the fan still doesn't turn on. What could I do for that?
