Re: crash cages

I put a FI cage on my 05 r6 and it worked amazingly! it is super simple to put on if you follow the instructions.

the fi`s are easy to put on you might have to cut the plastics on some bikes but not a big deal....i had a hell of a time putting a mxd on my f4i, the 905 went on pretty smooth taking it off was lil bit of a pain

i dont understand how it was so hard to put on the f4i cage? we dont even have a jig made for that bike, everyone is made directly off the bike

but all cages are pretty easy to install, just make sure you dont tighten bolts until you get them all started. thats the one mistake that everyone makes.

im jus speaking on my own experience dont take it to heart, you might want to try and use a longer bolt with coarser threads on that bottom bar it gave me hell and when i took the cage off it broke and i had to retap it and find a new bolt
