whobbles?

At bp its smooth, as soon as i bring it past bp to try to slow it down its all over the place. not slight movement but complete disaster waiting to happen, this is on the highway if it helps anyone out there. my tire is new and i run about 20psi. my bike is also streetfightered, maybe the lack of plastics is causing a problem with the wind???

Re: whobbles?

dont chop the gas when your tryin to bring it back it will make it shake like crazy. when mine starts to shake i tap the rear break an it cleans it up a little. bp on your 929 should feel nice an clean i ride one as well. i run about 15-18psi in my rear tire. just dont let it shake too much or your going to be skippin along the concrete

Re: whobbles?

if it's on freeway u need to run 30.low air going at fast speed makes your bike wobble.

Re: whobbles?

I personally think 20-22 is perfect. I'm learning 12's and doing freeway sh-t with 20. I even shook off 5-0 the other night.

Re: whobbles?

i should check my psi i think iam around 20 but it wont register on the gauge and its the low air guage. it reads 6-8 but that cant be correct. if 20 works for you for parking lots and highway than i'll give it a try. thanks for the reply.

Re: whobbles?

my bike dont wobble that much, when it starts to i can clean it up its mostly the chopping of the gas cause i keep wanting to bring the bike farther back and i chop the gas. 20 psi is a good all around amount you can still shake off the cops just like 20blks, and take corners if you want. just pratice

Re: whobbles?

I mostly do faster stuff so I run like 25-27 or so, always fine and it doesn't wear the tire as quick. But then again I can't hold it up for nearly as long.
