swapped motors, , used the old harness, new plugs, all old wiring. now it wont start. cylinders move up and down with starter but no spark. ive been told its the tipover switch. can i hard wire it? or its the kickstand or the nuetral switch.

check for spark on each cylinder.. stick a screwdriver in the wire, and ground it so the frame to check.. if there is no spark, follow the problems, probably is a wire pulled out somehwere, honda's have weird electrical and usually loop all of their harnesses together, so if one wire is pulled out, it screws up ignition
