Nail in Tire

I have a nail in my rear tire. My air pressure was low before it got in there, so i filled her up to 36 pounds and havent lost a pound in a month. Am I in danger riding like this. Like I said, the nail hasn't budged. Theres even a tiny flap of rubber over part of it, possibly making it more secure. What do you guys think. I have been avoiding highways just in case.
Thanks in adavnce.

Re: Nail in Tire

go to walmart. for like 3 bucks you get a tool to open up the hole a little bit, a tool to put in the plug and 3 plugs. instrcutions on the box, its over by the automotive stuff by the air tool.

That's the good thing about living in NYC. We have tire shops all over that plug tires for 3 bucks.
