Re: bunny hop

hit the gym.... i can do a straight up bunny hop with the bike.. only like 3 or 4 inches off the ground bit it comes up .

Not sure if a J hop is different like a jet hop.. maybe wheelie clutch and yank up the back like on a regular bike

i can do it inconsistently on my 3 wheeler. your in a slow wheelie, and at the balance point, you dump the clutch and slam the brake like a millisecond later and the wheels on the ground will hop off the ground in a wheelie

Re: bunny hop

so while you're doing a wheelie, you pull in the clutch, dump it, then hit the rear break???

do you give it any gas between pulling in and dumping the clutch?

yea you like clutch up a wheelie, except your already in a wheelie, and you just pound the rear brake. it looks sloppy and uncool but the tire does come off the ground.
you gotta be a bad sonofa***** to try it on a streetbike.. i slam the bar HARD on my 3 wheeler when i miss it

that must be like rear wheel hop when you smash it on two wheels, except on one makes it whole bike hop!

This guy in my neighborhood can do it. You wheelie but right before it comes up you jam the rear brake. You have to "bounce" it standing up and lean over the tank. Compress into the bike, clutch it, and then hit the brake hard. I'm to scared to do it.

Re: bunny hop

A regular bunny hop I've seen. While clutching it up if you jam the handlebars forward the rear wheel should come off the ground. You are converting the force that is bringing the front wheel up into bringing the rear wheel up. There are vids floating around....

Now, while in a wheelie and bouncing the rear tire off the ground, thats insane.... The only way I've done that is when Im rockin out on nasty bumpy roads......
