foot on bar or seat???

got an 01 f4i and just started rollin with foot on seat but seams like I'm putting too much pressure on my left leg and it starts to get tired had foot in the bar before and didn't have this problem. I can cut O's to the right tighter with foot on the seat and would like to keep practicing that way but damn! maybe I'll get used to it??? should the left foot be on edge of seat or in the middle? what are you guys rockin??? seat or bar?

Re: foot on bar or seat???

Definately Not The Bar, Stick To Foot N The Seat. Put Your Foot Where It Feels Most Comfortable And Most Importantly Work On Your Posture. Good Body Position Is Crucial And As You Get Better Form You Will Be Able To Distribute Your Weight Better And Have Less Strain On Just One Area.

Re: foot on bar or seat???

i had that problem at first too, but when your doing circles to the right extend your leg thats on the seat fully.. Im rockin them on the f4 which has the worst rear seat out there because its all 1 seat,, so if you got an f4i or anything with a step than you got no reason to complain.. Just extend your leg and suck it up princess. it will get better eventually.. And dont put your foot in the bar.. sure its easy,, but you got to look good.. Dont take the easy way out !!!

Re: foot on bar or seat???

Your Only Creating Bad Habits By Extending Your Legs, That Means You Are Hanging Off The Bike And Manuevering It Around In A Circle. You Have To Stay Centered And Push The Bike Down In The Radius.

Re: foot on bar or seat???

Well not really, when im doing circles stagered and to the left i go with my inside leg straight and piviot around that. But when im up on the seat im always moving,, i can extend it for a second or two just to relax it a bit and get the burn off, but when i want to drop back into the circle i tuck it in and bring it around... But im still learning cirlces so maybe thats what im doing wrong.. i got 3 almost consistant to the left and i can go right with my foot on the seat all day long but its not as tight.. Sill tight, like within 1 lane , but not a true circle.

GOING LEFT IS DIFFERENT, MY POST WAS TO HELP THIS GUY GO RIGHT, SINCE THAT IS THE WAY HE IS LEARNING.
