spreader/highchair circles

There hasn't been too much talking about how to do these new pimpin trickz..
So any tips for spreader 50/50 and highchair circles?

I got a handbrake this week and got them seatstand circles on lock..
so I tried a spreader circle but all I got was some low speed ¨cornering¨

..should I just lower the speed untill the bike starts falling to some direction or should I like sit on one ***-cheak on the tank and twist the handlebars like ****?

Can you steer the circle twisting from the handlebars or is it just gas/brake controll?

Should you lean in to the circle like in a sitdown circle so it wont highside?
I observed some riders move their feet to left turning in to highchair circles.
