Frame Question

My buddy picked up an 02 f4i to ride.It was layed down (or so he says) when we took the plastics off we revealed a crease in the supporting bar of the frame. It's not the main bar but the elbow piece in front of it on the right side. The piece looks like a 90 degree angle that connects to the frame on both sides.
2 questions-

1. Is it safe to ride and maybe even stunt?

2. If not is it fixable??

Thanks for the imput :YEAH

I'm sure that it's junk. Don't attempt to ride the bike at all it could kill someone! Send it to me and I will get rid of it for you

Post pics! If it's not the main frame I would ride it but I'm a little goofy anyway and I'd definately make it a lot bike even if the main frame spars were bent or whatever. Who cares at 10MPH
