APE tensioner. Somtimes you can get a new one on ebay for cheap. Most bike shops can get them or go to www.cbrzone.com <-what i did
$50-60 and you can install it yourself. Super easy. Any other questions ask me.

Re: after market f4i timing chain tentioner
there are quite a few tech writeups on boards. (www.cbrworld.net www.sportbikes.net ect)
The tensioner should come with instructions also. Basically, after you swap the new one in, you loosen it all the way, then tighten it a little bit past the point where you feel resistance on it. Start the bike, then tighten it until the cam chain just quiets down, and back it off like a 1/2 turn i believe.
I've heard f4i's cct is kinda a pain to get to, but you shouldnt have a problem.
good luck
dont over-tighten it, its way worse than having it loose. (=more prone to engine damage)
