F4i stock can Mod, cutting that joint.

who done it?

whos got the specs?

whats the directions? ill weld it no problem but how much do i cut and is there any surprises when i open her up?

I cut mine just behind the mounting bracket, just cut the cap off nice, and cut the middle out nice, and weld her up. Theres four pipes in there that are from the baffling, but dont worry about that stuff.....

I recently saw this pic posted. I'm still planning my cuts also... Seems as if a cut behind the mount bracket and another cut just inches before the cap will match those pipes in the pic? Is this true or what??

I cut my end cap off at the weld, chopped 4 inches out, and welded the cap back on. Works like a charm.
