Burnout Pointers?

Burnout Pointers?
I got my new tire in today so i wanna do a burnout before i take the old one off.
My problem is when i turn up to about 6rpm and slowly release the clutch the bike wants to kick to the right real hard.
Can Anyone give me some pointers on how to keep the bike from doing this.
Any pointers would be great thanks.

Re: Burnout Pointers?
now that you got stand still burnouts down.. hop off the bike (if you have frame sliders) and tilt the bike alittle and walk around... now you can do circle burnouts (off the bike of course) Then move to rolling burnouts (fairly easy as well) Then move on to circle burnouts standing on the rear sets of the bike.
Thats atleats the order of my burnout learning process

Re: Burnout Pointers?
dead stop burn outs are
haha i say just go for the rollin burnout... get over the tank with your weight and roll at like 3mph, clutch it and hit the front brake....
is your bike pretty ? if not then go crazy, slide all over, in the grass, up trees, upside down... :YEAH

Re: Burnout Pointers?
someone recommended that i just drop the clutch at 6k, when i didnt the bike lurched forward and i clutched of course and my body was slammed into the tank, my nuts got crushed and my leg hit something...
try grabbing front brake HARD and rev to 6k + and let the clutch lever out until u hit the friction point and slip it out quick, if i dump the bike just wants to lurch forward, so i find that friction point and let it out quick while reving.... and pu pressure on the bike with both thighs... if u cant get both feet down standing burnouts might be hard since the bike will want to moves to one side or the other...

I love new guys on R6's hahaha... seriously who actually watches there tach when they do any stunt...? Dont worry about RPM's worry about the sound of the bike.

Re: Burnout Pointers?
slowly release the clutch because if you can READ...
As i stated before the bike was jumpin bad when i let the clutch out fast.
Try reading everything before you comment
Anyway i got the burnout down now and started doing rolling burnouts yesterday

Re: Burnout Pointers?
i biffed my 1st rolling burnout this morning, dead stop burnout slowly let out the brake and had it going for about 15 feet then it must have caught or something because the next thing i know im on the ground. ruined my clothes and wasnt wearing my gloves due to a little rain last night. little road rash, nothing too bad.

thats exactly what i was thinkin... everyone always asks what rpm to do stuff at
as for releasing the clutch you SHOULD basicly just drop it, if the bike lurches then your not in the right position... put more weight forward

Re: Burnout Pointers?
lol i did them fine my way, but i read on this forum somewhere to drop it... hahhaa i wasnt hurt to bad thanks for asking...
lol basically find the point where the clutch engages, disengages, then release QUICK, while maintaining or even rolling on throttle... if u just release clutch/drop from a full pull of the lever it doesnt release engage with enough force to break the rear wheel loose... in my experience... and grab the brake
