try to do both, it will heal quicker with air. like if your just sittin around at home n **** let it air out but if your out and about where it might get dirty cover it up i guess. and just keep washin it with hot soapy water, like in the shower. thats what the hospital told me.

my sister's a nurse,and she told me when i had a small amount that don't use to hot of water. if you use to hot of water, than it can burn the new skin that's growing over and it could take longer to heal and may leave a scar.

schwarts i have a family of 4 brothers and 4 sisters, and only ONE sister is younger than me.
3 of the other four are in college,and one of them (cathy to be exact) is studying to become a nurse.

i just say **** it, let that **** crust over and dont give a **** about it.. your gonna scar regardless if your liek me.. but hey.. scars are cool right?? oh and the comment about the chicks scars.. SCARS ON CHICKS ARE HOT, it makes it so you dont feel thathe chick is some indoor gurl that never gets dirty.. gotta have soem scars they tell your lifes storie without words
