You'll get it man!!

Meanwhile...back at the ranch....here is a few of me and my drunk as all over my bike! Like my hula skirt? I tried...can't ride with that, gets caught in the chain. The last one I was gonna try to get up watchtower style, but hell, I couldn't hardly walk on the ground at that point, so it didn't happen.

Re: '00 6R homemade 12 bar

sick 12 bar man. Much better than my homemade piece of crap for mine.

It was pretty stable though. it works.
dunno if I have any good pics. here are a few gay ones.

my buddy james had a sick custom 12 bar on his ZX as well.
Really shitty pics. you can kinda make them out. lol

I'll take some real pics, and post them later. what crap, ripped from video.

prob your carbs man. When you take the ram air out, it still gets enough air.
if you dump your bike, or 12 it on the bar. the carbs flood out on these things, and get all gross.
they run like ****. Get a fuel injected bike.

I found airbox and carbs, are the biggest pain in my *** with these things.

Re: '00 6R homemade 12 bar

Man, I ain't been out in forever. My truck still isn't running and I have been too busy mini-van shopping ...Wendy is only a month away from popping out my boy, so we got a lot to do. I am almost at the point of selling the bike just cuz I never have any time to ride.

Hell, I was wondering if you guys were still riding anyway, with the heat and all. Or are ya just doing late night stuff?

Could'nt you just back it up to a wall and go from there? It should scrape the ground flat right?

I measured several times before I made the final cut, just to make sure it would all be straight. I did have to remove part of the undertail and I had to cut the rear fairing a little where it would tuck in around the tail light, but it is a pretty clean cut and you don't really notice. No way I would ever get a tail light back in there, so I would have to put a LED if I wanted to make it street legal.
At least that's the way I did it...
