I use a company called overnight for eastern shiping and midwest freight for bikes going out west. Real easy, crate the bike. Cover it with cardboard then saran wrap it. Have it somewhere the trailer can get o and somewhere that has a forklift/bobcat to load it into truck. Then make sure where ever its getting delivered that the trailer can make it there and there's a forkift/bobcat to take the bike off the truck.

When you do the paper work, say its a parts bike and shipping costs are around $400 to cali from PA. THats why you gotta cover it with cardbaord and wrap it so they can't see they bike.
