what master do you recomend for handbrake

i have a dual caliper set up on a 99 r6
the second caliper is off of a 03
i have a master off of a 98 zx9r and it sux
i cant get it to lock the rear tire at all
i have already broke one shorty lever trying

what kind of master do you recomend for the master
i have heared 900rr and 636 because of the piston travel
what is the truth?

Tried like 3 others and the 929/954 is by far the best bet from the ones I tried.

bill at full throttle pressure tested many brands and the honda had the most. i got a new nissin clutch unit from him for roughly 100 bucks and it works great. read up about them on his website, very detailed description, you will understand what will work best for you after a little research

so you liking that nissin. I was thinking of getting that but didn't hear any feed back I heard to get a gsxr600 03/04 or 636.

I had a 929 master, it was alright. But now i have a gsxr master, and in my opinion it works way better

No, they are all the same on 01-02 models, the 03 1000 has a radial mounted

I've got an -03/04 R6 master on mine (nissin) and it works great... and i've got a 03 636 imma try soon too.

I'm not 100% sure but i would think they are. I actually had a 929 master, but i broke a banjo bolt in it when i was installing the whole system. I really wanted to get it done that night, so i took the master off my gsxr 1000. lol
