Coolant Reservoir and Cage?
i just put a f.i. cage on my bike and i had to relocate the coolant overflow, but it looks kinda hack and it pisses antifreeze when im on the back wheel unless there is very little coolant in the overflow. r there any companies that u guys know of that make an aftermakrket one or a better way to relocate it? my bike is a 02 zx6r

You can put the bottle under the gas tank. Zip tie it in place and make sure it sits up-right (the way it was in its original location) It doesn't look like theres room, but there is. Same deal '96 I had.

That was Aaron's (racing905) idea too. Sounded like quite the project and I was in a rush so I stuck it under the tank. Just make sure it stays upright and your fine.
It is a good idea, would be worth the work if you've got the time.

Re: Coolant Reservoir and Cage?
get a 1 liter bottle and one of those caps off a bottle of gear lube, you know the tapered ones. they screw right on, then clamp the over flow hose to it, thats what i did when i had my 99zx6r, worked fine, put it in the upper where the air damns used to be

Problem with that is that all you end up with is a overflow. Once it gets hot and fills up it just starts spewiing out. You need a resivoir so that it fills the radiator back up when it cools off.
