help a sister out, i've decided to stunt... so now what??
i've been on bikes for a few years now and i've done mostly race style riding... you kno the track days, twisties ect... i've always wanted to stunt but both my bikes are mint and i wouldnt dream of doing anything other than wheelie on em... so i wanna pick up a bike that i can comfortably learn the basics on... how to really ride a wheelie, stoppies, endos, burnouts, you know.. so...
should i pick up a dirt bike a practice on that first or do i go straight to street.. here's what im thinking...
1. a newer 900RR (would this be too heavy for a girl to learn to stunt on?)
2. a 929... i have one and love it... but it might be a bit pricey
3. or do i start stunting a 600 before moving to a 900? like say an f3 or f4
i really don't know crap about stunting, most of the guys i ride with race... and any help would be appricitated... i wanna spent around 2500 bucks... for something with a clean title and not tooo F'ed up... thanks!

get a shitty F2-3 and run that **** into the ground. if you get one with plastics, sell them on ebay for more cash to fix the bike with later on.
you've prolly got pretty good throttle control by now, which will probably help wit stuntin

Off Topic But If You Can Wheelie Your Track Bike And Its Set Up With A Quarter Turn Throttle. You Will Have Tons Of Control On On A Stock Throttle. If I Was You Id Buy A 2500 Track Bike And Change A Few Thing Over To Stunt It. You Will Find That Track Bikes Are In Much Better Condition Than A Stunt Bike And Close In Price.

If your good and willing to practice all you need is a 600. Plenty of power, can do anything a 900 can do, especially if you make some minor adjustments.

Simple, just work one stunt at a time. Don't go for broke. Take your time. The hardest part is already done and that's getting fermilier with a bike and it's capabilities. As far as recomending a bike. That's all up to you, if your intent is to stunt it just get something cheap. A lot of guys like 600s to stunt but if you have good throttle control with a liter bike then a liter shouldn't be a problem. 600s are easier to wheelie because you have more room for error with your throttle hand and because they feel smaller.
Personally, I view stunting like a martial art (hence the name). It takes time, disipline, perseveriance, form, balance, control, the right mentality, ext.
Do a little reading or get some advice about each trick before you try then just stay a little bit ahead of what your comfortable with.
Don't forget to have fun. This board is full of good people that are always glad to post up some help.
