hey quick question,
while 2nd and 3rd gear wheelies are great, id like to start practicing some slow ****. first is my setup

04 zx6r
-1 front +8 rear?

does this setup sound about right for the bike that i have ? what do people normally run on this bike? also is it true that -1 up front is the same as +3 in the rear? for that matter then why not just get a sprocket thats +11 in the rear instead of dropping the front. from what i gather there two different devils. anyone care to help...

btw - what psi to run front and back for this bike so i can still highway and street ride, but get a better contact patch for stunts? thanks-

I think one reason for dropping them in the front to is that you might be able to keep your stock chain, or maybe not have to get a huge one. Dunno. Ya I have also heard that one down in the front is like 3 up in the back.

You go down one in the front for engine braking, makes it more powerful. On mine Im down 1 in the front and its pimp Im only gonna do like 4 up in the rear until i decided to make it my full stunt piece. I believe CBO was rockin 1 down like 12 up on his and he said he would reccomend it to anyone......

My 04' 636 was +14 and it worked great for everything...It was high enough to still go over 100 on the hwy, and greeaaattttt for slow ****...moto-heaven +14
